CONGRATULATIONS Mr. and Mrs. Kelly!

Candi and Tom were married on the beach in Key West as the sun was setting- it was beautiful! The trip was a ton of fun, and Ethan was such a good little boy! I think he was a little confused because he was getting so much attention. We were so lucky to have Grandma Margie there to help us out. We did some shopping, watched the sun set, saw some very interesting people, and had a great time with my girlfriends! It was so great to get out of Minnesota and feel the sun and the 80 degree weather. Now we're ready for Spring to officially start!

Here he is! Ethan James Charles Robinson. I need to go back and add some entries from the last few months, but just thought I'd post a pic for all of you faithful blog readers, especially those who harass me about adding new pics! My handsome little boy is three months old already and he loves to laugh, take a bath, and watch his sissy and brother. And (knock on wood) he's a pretty decent sleeper too!

WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIR!
We took the kids to the Washington County Fair yesterday. We had lots of fun and in typical fair fashion, enjoyed the food! Jake loved the corn, and Maddie loved her ice cream cone, although quite a bit of it got all over her face and shirt!
Maddie went on some rides, and she was riding solo on the little car ride, until Jake decided he really wanted to ride too.
It was a good practice run for the State Fair. I'm hoping our State Fair trip this year will induce labor. Nothing like cheese curds and pronto pups to get those contractions going!

STREET RODS!

St. Paul has been invaded by the classic cars for Back to the 50's weekend at the Fairgrounds, and the kids love to point them out while we're driving around. We walked around the fairgrounds and saw some pretty neat old cars. Jake wasn't a big fan of the loud ones, so when we found ourselves sitting by a ten year old boy constantly yelling, "Rev it up!" we decided to find a new spot to watch the parade of cars.

The kids and I went to Central Park in Roseville today. Jake is getting pretty fearless on the playground equipment, and it's getting harder and harder for me to chase after him, especially through those plastic tubes!

DANCING QUEEN
Maddie had her first dance recital and she performed magnificently, despite the intense heat in the AC-free Johnson High School auditorium. She loved being up on stage, (not sure where she gets that from!) and we actually had to pull her off when it was time for the other classes to perform. She did a tap, ballet and jazz routine, and jazz and tap were her favorites.

Happy Birthday Madeline Margaret!
I can't believe she is four years old now! I know everyone says that when a child has a birthday, but really the years have passed too quickly! Before I know it she'll be asking to borrow my car keys.
Maddie had a nice birthday party in the backyard. Her favorite parts of the day was eating her birthday cake (of course) and taking whacks at the pinata, which was a large yellow chicken (it was the only decent one Cub Foods had left!)
